4 ears yellow corn, silk removed and thin husk remaining
1 tablespoons olive oil
1 garlic clove, crushed
2 teaspoon grated lime rind
1/4 Mediterranean seasoned salt or kosher salt and pepper
Preheat grill to medium-high heat, 350-400
Combine the olive oil and garlic in a bowl.
Set aside and prepare the corn.
Pull back the husk and remove the silk.
Next brush the corn with a little oil and arrange on the grill rack.
Cook 10-12 minutes until lightly browned, turning
occasionally. Check corn by popping a kernel.
*Be careful not to overcook the corn.
Remove the corn from the grill and brush with a bit
of the garlic oil mixture.
Sprinkle with seasoned salt and fresh grated lime rind.
Alternatively roll the hot corn in vegan butter and sprinkle with a bit of salt!
